Tucannon Leather Company – Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Each item is crafted with care in our Pomeroy, Washington workshop.

  • In-stock items ship within 3–5 business days after your order is placed.

  • Made-to-order items may take 3-4 weeks to complete before shipping.
    Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. If there’s ever a delay beyond these timeframes, we’ll contact you directly.

Shipping Rates & Methods

We ship primarily through USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground.

  • Flat rate shipping within the United States: $10.00

  • Free local pickup is available in Pomeroy, WA by appointment or during local markets and events.
    Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Local Pickup

If you select local pickup at checkout, we’ll email you when your order is ready.
Pickup is by appointment only at our workshop in Pomeroy, WA.
Please bring your order confirmation email when you arrive.

International Shipping

At this time, Tucannon Leather ships only within the United States. We hope to expand to international customers in the future.

Lost or Damaged Packages

All packages include tracking and standard insurance through the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the box and contents immediately and contact us at info@tucannonleather.com within 5 days of delivery.
We’ll help you file a claim and make things right.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
Tucannon Leather is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
